Brief description
1. Read this work of fiction set in the future, speculating on how sexual harassment may be tackled with digital technology in the future in Egypt. Speculative Data Futures: Would You Report?
2. Discuss the story in class and the implications on ethical use of data and privacy; equity issues, digital citizenship
3. Students can work in groups to develop their own speculative futures story (note: they may end up being inspired by Black Mirror episodes, which is fine, but maybe ask them to adapt to the Egyptian context at least). You may ask them to do this in writing or as a video or role play or presentation.
