- If you are a new user make sure you are able to login to your AUC email successfully since you will use the same credentials to login to Blackboard
- If you are unable to login to your AUC email, please contact the IT Helpdesk at support@aucegypt.edu or call 2615.1200.
- If you are able to login to your AUC email but still receive an error make sure you are using the latest versions of one of the following browsers, Google Chrome or Firefox.
Note: Do NOT use Safari to login to Blackboard as it is the least compatible browser with Blackboard.
