How To Create a Moodle Quiz?

Creating A Quiz Activity Through Moodle’s Quiz Settings

1. Enter the course
2. Click on Turn Editing On to activate editing
3. Go to the topic where you want the quiz to be placed
4. Click + Add an activity or resource.
5. Select Quiz and then click the Add button. (You will be redirected to the Adding a new Quiz page)
6. Go to the Name field, and give your quiz a name
7. Add a quiz instructions in the Description field
8. Work through the quiz settings, or simply save the quiz and come back to the settings later

Adding Questions To A Moodle Quiz

1. Go to Administration -> Quiz Administration -> Edit quiz
2. Click “Add”, and select the option to add a new question
3. After clicking Add, a screen will appear so you can choose the type of question to add.
4. There will be a question form on the next screen, where you can put in your question, as well as the grade you wish to give the correct answer. When you’ve done this, click Save Changes.
