Course readings, lecture presentations and any related course materials are typically added to a Content Area. Note:<\/em> Before proceeding, make sure that edit mode is set to “On”<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adding a File<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To add a file (such as .pdf, .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx) to a content area, <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on the Course Conten<\/strong>t tab on your left panel. <\/li>
  2. Click on “Build Content”<\/strong> and choose “Item”<\/strong>. <\/li>\n

  3. Enter a title for the item (ex. Week 1 ), and click the Browse My Computer<\/strong> button to add a file from your local computer. <\/li>
  4. Click Submit<\/strong> <\/li>\n

    Adding Folders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You may wish to organize your files in folders. To add a folder to a content area,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Click on the Course Conten<\/strong>t tab on your left panel. <\/li>
    2. Click on “Content Folder”<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
