You can edit it (e.g., &#8220;Weekly Lecture&#8221;).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>When &amp; Duration:<\/strong> Set your start time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recurring Meeting:<\/strong> If your class meets every Tuesday\/Thursday, check this box. Set it to <strong>Weekly<\/strong> and select the days. This creates one link for the whole semester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Meeting Invitees<\/strong>: is used only for adding users other than course students (keep empty and link will be available to all course students)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Record the meeting automatically:<\/strong> Select <strong>In the Cloud<\/strong> if you want the recording to automatically appear in Canvas later.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"970\" height=\"421\" src=\"http:\/\/learnhub.aucegypt.edu\/lms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Zoom2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2209\" style=\"aspect-ratio:2.3041316646665524;width:641px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"952\" height=\"409\" src=\"http:\/\/learnhub.aucegypt.edu\/lms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Zoom3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2210\" style=\"aspect-ratio:2.3276757880152408;width:531px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Once Zoom is added <\/strong>to a Canvas course, you can access Zoom from Course Navigation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Course Navigation, click the&nbsp;<strong>Zoom<\/strong>&nbsp;link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the&nbsp;<strong>Upcoming Meetings<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locate the Meeting ID you want to begin and click the&nbsp;<strong>Start<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1129\" height=\"405\" src=\"http:\/\/learnhub.aucegypt.edu\/lms\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/Zoom4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2214\" style=\"aspect-ratio:2.7878033602986934;width:608px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Managing Recordings:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you recorded to the <strong>Cloud<\/strong>, the video will process after the session ends and appear on Canvas after sometime. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the <strong>Zoom<\/strong> tab in your course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click the <strong>Cloud Recordings<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Publishing:<\/strong> By default, all recordings are published to students.
